Grown at an average elevation of 3,100 feet, these high-altitude sites provide optimal conditions for preserving freshness, enhancing aromatic intensity, and building natural balance.

Each varietal plays a defined role in the blend. Malbec delivers plush texture and dark fruit depth, Bonarda contributes bright red fruit and juiciness, while Syrah adds structure, subtle spice, and savory complexity. To further enhance harmony and mouthfeel, 50% of the wine is aged for 8 months in second-use oak barrels, composed of 30% American and 70% French oak, allowing gentle integration without overshadowing the fruit.
