The 2-burner planchetta is a professional cooking tool for home use. It can be used over any heat source (stove, electric burner, charcoal, fire, etc.). Cook simply, quickly, and economically. Measures 48 x 27.3 cm and 2.3 cm high, fitting two burners with a thickness of 2.5 mm for easy handling. Made from hot-rolled iron, it is scratch-resistant, allowing the use of a metal spatula, and has non-stick properties.
