Cerealitas yes but no pack

I received the Cerealitas that I ordered but they were not delivered in packs of 3. While I did get the same number of crackers, there is a much larger number of broken ones and I think it is because they are not in packs of 3.

Also, the easy opening by pulling a thin red ribbon was not part of each package. I guess that Terrabusi ran out of "tiritas Rojas".
