This wine undergoes 15 months of aging in French oak barrels, with 50% of the barrels being new, untoasted, and the remaining 50% being second and third-use medium-toast oak. The 100% malolactic fermentation of the blend ensures exceptional complexity and smoothness in the wine's profile.
