Crafted from carefully selected vineyard sectors, the Casarena Naoki Agrelo Malbec reflects the unique characteristics of its origin through a detailed parcel-by-parcel approach influenced by soil composition, gypsum presence, vineyard exposure, slope, and native vegetation. Following a season shaped by spring frosts and a warm, dry summer, naturally lower yields created grapes with greater concentration, depth, complexity, and exceptional aging potential.

The grapes are hand-harvested in mid-March, manually sorted, destemmed, and transferred into small-capacity fermentation vessels to preserve the purity of the fruit. A cold maceration process, followed by indigenous yeast fermentation and extended skin contact, enhances aromatic expression and structural balance. The wine finishes with malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, adding texture, elegance, and sophistication.
