Crafted from meticulously hand-harvested grapes grown at 2,000 meters above sea level in the renowned La Guaguita vineyard of Cafayate, these vines, planted in 2015, produce grapes of exceptional concentration and character. This wine is a co-creation by the celebrated enologists Michel Rolland and Marcos Etchart, reflecting their shared vision of precision and finesse.
After the careful manual harvest, the wine undergoes 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, with a perfect balance of 50% new oak and 50% second-use barrels, allowing the Cabernet Franc to develop complex aromas and silky tannins. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it preserves the authentic expression of the vineyard and the grape.
Tasting Notes: This wine reveals a deep ruby red color with an intense bouquet of red and black fruits, accented by hints of spice, leather, and subtle floral notes.
