Hand-harvested in the early morning under cool temperatures, each grape cluster is carefully selected in 20 kg crates, ensuring the highest quality. The vinification process includes a delicate skin maceration of 4 hours in Bucher pneumatic presses, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC) in 5,300-liter stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, preserving the fresh and aromatic character of the Torrontés grape.
Tasting Notes: This brilliant pale yellow wine delights with a nose of white flowers, complemented by tropical fruits and subtle hints of apple, pineapple, and peach. On the palate, it is crisp, dry, and intensely refreshing, leaving a lasting impression of elegance and finesse.
Serving Recommendations: Serve between 16º and 18ºC, ideally after decanting for one hour. Store in a cool, dark place, away from vibrations, to preserve its delicate aromas.
Food Pairing: Perfect with seafood, ceviche, grilled fish, light pasta dishes, and fresh salads. Its vibrant acidity and floral notes beautifully complement spicy Asian cuisine and soft cheeses.
