How to Prepare

Fill your mate gourd about ¾ full with yerba mate. Tilt the yerba to one side and moisten the lower portion with warm water. Insert the bombilla and slowly pour hot water into the same area.
For best results, use water at approximately 75–85°C / 167–185°F and avoid boiling water.
