Entretantos Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from grapes grown at Finca La Aguadita, a vineyard located just a short distance from the winery. The area’s dry desert climate and pronounced day-night temperature variation allow grapes to mature slowly, concentrating color, structure, and aromatic intensity.

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine expresses the variety’s classic profile while reflecting the identity of Catamarca’s high-altitude terroir.

The grapes are harvested manually and carefully selected before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes natural malolactic fermentation, contributing to a rounder mouthfeel and balanced structure.

To add complexity without overpowering the fruit, approximately 35% of the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for about seven months. After blending with the remaining unoaked portion, the wine rests for approximately five additional months in bottle before release.

In the glass, Entretantos Cabernet Sauvignon shows a deep ruby color with violet reflections and dense tears. Aromas reveal ripe red fruit, blueberry, subtle pepper and spice notes, and hints of chocolate from oak aging.
