Aperol Spritz: 3 parts sparkling wine (cava or prosecco), 2 parts Aperol and 1 part soda. Fill a wine glass or highball glass with ice. Pour 3 parts sparkling wine into the glass. Add 2 parts Aperol into the glass. Add 1 part soda into the glass. Gently stir the ingredients with a spoon. Garnish with an orange slice.
