The Nibs of fine aroma cocoa from República del Cacao, have been harvested in an area no more than 100 km around the Collection Center located in Vinces, province of Los Rios - Ecuador. Cocoa Nibs are ideal as raw material for bean to bar projects, as decoration and for culinary, pastry and chocolate use. Vinces Cocoa Nibs have an intense bitter cocoa flavor profile with toasted notes and a very light acidity.
