Produced since 1888, and located in the Upper Valley of Río Negro, Saenz Briones 1888 is made with extreme care in each of its processes. 1888 harvests and selects during the summer months the best apples for its delicate preparation. An artisan cider maker is in charge of respecting, during the production process, each of the artisanal principles of cider, such as the maturation of its raw material and the exact point of fermentation. Distinguished by its quality and the nobility of its ingredients, the cider has had its own character and personality since its origin, which has allowed it to travel a long path of respectful tradition.
This cider is made with selected apples from the Upper Río Negro Valley, and takes the best of the hibiscus flower (also known as Chinese Rose), which gives it its pinkish tint and sensation of freshness.
