Return and Refund Policy

At The Argentino, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:


1. Damaged or Expired Items

If you receive a damaged or expired product (applies to both food and non-food items), please contact our Customer Service team to open a case. You will be asked to provide clear photos of the affected product(s) so we can file a claim and offer you the best possible solution.


2. Dissatisfaction with Products

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons related to personal taste or dissatisfaction with the product (such as flavor preferences or expectations), especially for food and beverages.


3. Returns for Size Issues or Non-Food Products

If you wish to return a non-food item (such as apparel or accessories) due to a size issue or personal preference, the following conditions apply:

  • You must first contact our Customer Service to request authorization.

  • The customer is fully responsible for:

    • Organizing the return shipment

    • Covering the full cost of return shipping

    • Paying any taxes or duties incurred in the return process

  • Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in Buenos Aires.

  • We do not offer exchanges. A refund will be issued only after the item is received and inspected.

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.


4. Shipping Damage Claims

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, we are here to assist you.

To help us file a claim with the carrier, please send the following photos:

  • All six sides of the exterior package

  • Shipping label (with barcode and tracking number clearly visible)

  • Internal packaging protection

  • Damaged items (showing all affected products)
