If your country imposes any restrictions on certain products, you will be contacted by us to modify your order accordingly, or your order may be canceled with a full refund. Additionally, orders placed internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees, for which you, as the importer, are responsible.
2. Food and Beverage Products
Food Items
Due to food safety regulations, perishable food items cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if a food product arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unfit for consumption due to transportation issues or other factors, please contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description of the issue so we can provide an appropriate solution.
Beverages and Alcoholic Products
By purchasing alcoholic beverages from The Argentino, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country. We make every effort to verify this; however, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local age restrictions. Orders for alcoholic beverages may be subject to additional import taxes and customs fees, for which you are responsible as the importer. Furthermore, purchases of alcoholic beverages are intended solely for personal consumption and not for resale. In some cases, there may be limits on the quantity of each type of beverage per order in accordance with local regulations.
3. Returns and Refunds
Perishable Items
For perishable food products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery. In such cases, please provide photographic evidence and a description of the issue within 5 days of receipt. We will work with you to offer a satisfactory solution.
Non-Perishable Items
For non-food items, if you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and process a refund or replacement after evaluating the returned product. If the return is due solely to personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and any additional customs fees incurred during re-shipment to Argentina. Once the item is received and evaluated, a refund will be issued accordingly.
