Barrabás is an elegant Argentine red that combines 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Malbec through a distinctive co-fermentation. The Cabernet Franc comes from Altamira, while the Malbec comes from Gualtallary, both in Mendoza. It offers delicate aromas of red fruit, pepper and spice, complemented by fresh notes of mint, thyme and bell pepper. On the palate, it is subtle, silky and refined, with smooth tannins and a long, velvety finish. Aged for 12 months in concrete eggs and clay amphorae, Barrabás offers a distinctive expression of two iconic Argentine varieties. Presented as a 6-bottle case.
